TK return & refund policy
We offer a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on TK SPORTS subject to the following conditions (15 days replacement guarantee):
1. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product: You must notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
2. Any Other Returns: You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us (within 5 days, including weekends) and of delivery of the product
- defective/incorrect product replacement
- return/cancellation of a product you no longer want
- return/cancellation under promotions/offers/end of season sale
Defective/incorrect product replacement
You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team at email@example.com; or call us at +91-181-5006929/ +91-181-5006935
You send the defective/incorrect product back to us within 15 days of the time of the delivery to you.
To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team within 15 days from delivery of the product. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up, and the courier fails to find you at the address, there will be a Rs 100 deduction from the amount refunded to you.
The product returned to us must
- have the invoice.
- have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- be in an unused condition.
In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided.
- product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.
- product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.
- product has been tampered with or there are missing serial numbers.
In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you paid for (for card payments) or via cheque (for COD payments)
You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase.
Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on TK Sports.
Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s)
Return/cancellation of a product you no longer want
You can cancel an order in one of two ways.

1. If you cancel an order by calling us, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.
2. If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
- If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can return the product through the same courier (ie do not accept the package).
- If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (ie return the product), then please follow the steps above.
- the product(s) is unused.
- the product is retuned in its original condition i.e. the product(s) is returned to us with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
5. You will receive a refund of the amount you paid less deductions (any rescheduling charges defined above) either online you paid for (for card payments and netbanking) or via cheque (for COD payments)
