How do I make a purchase on TK Sports ?

You can make purchases using the following:

  • Credit Card (Visa/ Amex/ Master Card)
  • Debit Card (All leading bank debit cards)
You can also opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on TK Sports.

I don't have a credit card/debit card/netbanking. What can I do ?

You can also choose to pay "Cash on Delivery". With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on TK Sports.

Are there any charges when I make a payment on TK Sports ?

For deliveries within India, charges will vary on different variables depending on your parcel's location, weight, volume and the value of your order. The charges include fulfillment costs of your order. A flat rate of Rs 75 will be charged for Cash on Delivery excluding of different variables such as parcel’s location, weight, volume and value.
We offer free delivery if the order is Rs 15,000 or over, otherwise you will be charged. All the charges will vary on different variables depending on your parcel's location, weight, volume and the value of your order for Normal delivery or Cash on delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item excluding the delivery charges.

What are the delivery charges ?

We offer free delivery if the order is Rs. 15,000 or over, otherwise you will be charged depending on your parcel's location, weight, volume and the value of your order. An additional Rs. 75 for all Cash on Delivery orders..

What is Cash on Delivery?

With "Cash on Delivery" or COD, you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on TK Sports.

Are there any terms and conditions for a COD purchase ?

The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs. 15,000. You will have to pay the money to the delivery boy before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency or any other currency as payment against a COD order.

How do I place a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order ?

Add items to your cart. Hit proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select Pay By Cash-on-Delivery. Click to Place Order button, Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message on your screen.
To serve you better and provide fast delivery, TK Sports team may contact you via email/phone for address verification. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation from your side in next 48 hrs from the time of order placed.
You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.

Can I pay by Cheque / Demand Draft upon delivery of my item?

No, our COD partner will only accept cash payment at the time of delivery.

How do I pay using a Credit card?

We accept all VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit cards.
To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password.
After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on TK Sports, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

How do I pay using a Debit card ?

We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on TK Sports. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.

Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on TK Sports ?

Yes, shopping at TK Sports is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on TK Sports are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks.
Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D Secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. What is a 3D Secure password ?

3D Secure is also known as "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard securecode". It is a free security service by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing Banks to secure your online Credit/Debit card transactions through the use of an additional password. This additional password is called 3D Secure password.

How can I get the 3D Secure password for my Credit/Debit card ?

How do I check the current status of my order (s) ?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with TKsportsworld.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top of any page on our website. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the My Orders link to view the status of all orders.To view the status of a specific order, click on the "Order Number". After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail and sms with the shipping details.

What do the different order status mean ?

Payment Pending Authorization : Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.

  • Payment Confirmed : We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
  • Pending COD Confirmation : Your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
  • Order Shipped : Your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location
  • Order Cancelled : The order was cancelled

When and how can I cancel an order ?

You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "Order shipped" state). You can do so by calling us with the order number.

What is the estimated delivery time ?

The estimated time of delivery may differ from one item to another. Here is an explanation of delivery estimates:
Within 3-5 days : For all key metros (Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkatta) & from the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 3-5 business days.
Within 5-7 days : For all areas serviced by our reputed courier & the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 5-7 business days.
Within 10-15 days : For other remote locations with in India which may take 10-15 business days depending on the location.
Business days exclude public holidays, national holidays and sundays.

How will the delivery be done ?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. Our delivery partner is FedEx.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product ?

Estimated times vary with the area you live in, warehouse from which this product is being shipped from, as well as whether it is in-stock or not. Here's what this means." If a product is in-stock with us, then depending on where you live, & warehouse from it is getting shipped, we can deliver to you within 3 days or 5 days. This will be clearly mentioned in your order confirmation email.

How will my item be packaged ?

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery ?

If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Call us immediately on our helpline number

How can I track the delivery of my order ?

All TK Sports items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Will I get my order in single shipment/can i make special request to have a single shipment for my order ?

Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels and on different dates due to several reasons like out of stock items, custom orders etc. If you have only received a part of your order, we recommend you visit the delivery tracking page in the My Account / My orders section. If shipment is still ongoing, your missing items will certainly be delivered shortly. If the shipment dates have lapsed and you have not received your entire order, please contact us by sending a mail to customer care at support@tksportsworld.com.

What is your Return/Cancellation Policy ?

  1. You can return any product that you have received as long as
    - customer invoice
    - all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
    - and is unused / original condition
  2. You need to make sure that
    - Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product: You must notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
    - Any Other Returns: You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us (within 3 days, including weekends) and of delivery of the product

I received a defective item from TK Sports. How do I get it replaced? OR I received an incorrect order. What can I do ?

  1. You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team at support@tksportsworld.com or call us on +91-181-5006935/ +91-181-5006929
  2. You book a shipping pickup with us, and ensure that the product is picked up from your premise by our courier within 15 days
    To book a shipping pickup, you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team who will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up, and the courier fails to find you at the address, there will be a Rs 100 charge payable by you at the time of delivery of the replacement . Each time that you are not there, there is a Rs 100 charge (why - thats what it costs us to bring your stuff back)
  3. The product is returned to us with
    - customer invoice
    - all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
    - and is unused condition
    As soon as we have received the product, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out
  4. In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.
  5. In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you used to pay us, or in the case of a COD payment, by a cheque.
  6. If the product received back by us does not meet the 3 specifications above, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided. If you still wish to get the same product back, we will be happy to do so, as long as you are ok to bear the shipping expenses.
  7. If the product is deemed not to have a manufacturing defect, but has been damaged because of misuse -- we will not replace, only arrange for a credit which you can use with us within 6 months.
  8. You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase.
  9. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on TK Sports.

My product was damaged in transit. What should I do ?

At the point of delivery, if the package seems to have been tampered with i.e. TK Sports tape is broken/missing, please do not accept the order.

I want to cancel an order (I have not yet received it).

  1. You can cancel an order in one of two ways:
    - Call us on +91-181-5006929/+91-181-5006935.
    - or write to us on support@tksportsworld.com If you cancel an order by calling us , before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount
  2. If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:
    - If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
    - If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can return the product through the same courier (i.e. do not accept the package)
    - If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (i.e. return the product), then please follow the steps above. We can only process the credit once We have received the product - and it meets the three criteria above.
    PLEASE NOTE:
    To maintain our high standard of hygiene and professional service, we shall accept returns of all items except the following :
    - inner wear/base layer/compression
    - socks
    - free items / items purchased during sale

I want to return a product (that I have already received it) .

  1. You can return any product that you have received as long as

How quickly will I get the refund ?

15 days from the point that you return the product to us.

Are the products I purchase on TK Sports covered by a warranty / guarantee ?

At TK Sports, we work hard to give you best of products. If they offers a Warranty on a product, we pass on the same to you. For most product lines however, there are no manufacturer's warranty other then manufacturing defects. Shopping at TK Sports is exactly the same as if you were buying products in a shopping mall or from local shops.

Does TK Sports deliver Internationally ?

TK Sports doesn't deliver items internationally as of now but you can get them from our authorised dealers ( see dealers locations) in your choice of country or you can reach us at support@tksportsworld.com for further information or orders. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.

Is there a difference between what I see and what I buy ?

With TK Sports, what you see is what you get. We work hard on photographing images as is. Our team gives you an elaborate description of the product with detailed specifications of each item. Our team makes sure to send out products that meet the TK Sports aesthetic and stringent quality standards. If despite this you don’t fall in love with what you get, give us a call within 3 days to book a return.
